Recognition Night
Volunteers are the
most important asset to PA CleanWays. Those people willing to give their
time, ideas, energy, and/or money are truly the driving force of the
entire organization. On December 11, the chapter substituted its normal
board meeting for a night of fun and food to thank all of the persons
that have made this year a success.
Board
members and volunteers enjoyed refreshments, then participated in games
hosted by Jim Garthe, board member. A can dropping contest, inner tube
race, and newspaper throwing contest entertained all in attendance.
For those not able to attend, the chapter wishes to take this opportunity
to thank you for your time and commitment to cleaning up Huntingdon
County.
