Volunteers came together on April 21st, 2007, to celebrate Earth Day Weekend through the Great Pennsylvania Cleanup. The Sewickley Creek Watershed Association, Westmoreland Cleanways, and PA CleanWays partnered together to organize the event. Three locations were selected within the Sewickley Creek watershed to be cleaned. By days end, 46 volunteers removed 21 tons of trash and 171 tires from the sites!
